How To Make A Complaint:

  2. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours, providing you with a reference number and the name of the staff member handling your case.

  3. Investigation: Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated by the relevant team member. We may contact you to seek further information or clarification to ensure a comprehensive review of the issues raised.

  4. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days of receipt. You will be informed of the outcome in writing, including any actions taken in response to your complaint.

Escalation

Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome, you may request a review of your complaint by a senior team member. Further, we will provide information on external bodies you may contact if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided.
